What we do

Winter
There is something about a week in the mountains that resets a team entirely. The pace shifts, the conversations deepen and people show up as themselves. By the time the snow boots come off on the last evening, the dynamic in the room has quietly transformed.
Our job is to make all of that look effortless. We choose the chalet, the chef, the guides and the moments that turn a corporate trip into a story people retell for years, while you and your team simply arrive and enjoy it.
Summer
Summer with us is the version of work you don't really mind doing. Warm stone underfoot, the sea somewhere in your peripheral vision, an espresso on the way to the morning session and a sense, throughout, that you have landed somewhere genuinely worth being.
From Mallorca and Ibiza to the Aegean and the Italian coast, we plan summers that feel relaxed without ever feeling slow. The right villa, the right table booked, the right boat waiting at the dock, all stitched together so your team can simply enjoy it.

Montara Events is a boutique agency designing and delivering bespoke corporate retreats, offsites, conferences and AGMs across the Alps and Europe. Every trip is built from scratch around the client's team, objectives and budget — from venue sourcing and programming to transfers, F&B, activities and on-site management.
Our core regions are the Alps (France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy) and the Mediterranean (Mallorca, Ibiza, the Amalfi Coast, Cinque Terre, the South of France, Croatia, Greece and Portugal). We also deliver winter trips in destinations such as Whistler, Aspen and Niseko, and can organise events anywhere in Europe on request.
We plan and run trips for groups ranging from 12-person leadership offsites to full-company conferences and AGMs of 200 or more guests.
Most clients enquire 3 to 12 months ahead, particularly for peak ski weeks and Mediterranean summer dates. Shorter timelines can be accommodated where availability allows.
End-to-end delivery: strategy and concept, destination and venue sourcing, contracting, transfers, full programme design, food and beverage, entertainment and production, on-site event management and post-trip handover.
